# 완료된 상담을 다시 시작할때 어떻게 되나요?

1. 새 상담 시작을 클릭한 경우
   * 새 상담 시작하기 버튼을 클릭한 경우, Chat Session이 하나 더 생성되며 마지막 Chat Session을 기준으로 해당 고객은 Auto Response (자동응답) 상태로 넘어갑니다.
   * 해당 고객이 자동응답 중에 상담원 연결을 누른경우에는 Chat Request 상태가 되며 옴니채널로 들어오게 됩니다.
2. 이어서 상담하기를 클릭한 경우
   * 해당 Chat Session이 Chat End 에서 Chatting 상태로 변경됩니다.
   * 또한, 옴니채널로 다시 들어오게 됩니다.
