# 옴니채널에 들어오게 되는 기준이 뭔가요?

고객이 카카오톡에서 상담원 연결을 눌렀을 때 Chat Request로 상태값이 변환되면서&#x20;

옴니채널에 들어가게 됩니다.

Chat Session의 상태값을 임의로 Chat Request로 지정한 경우에는 옴니채널에 들어오지 않습니다.
