# 가져오기(Import)로  레코드 생성

* Auto Response 탭의 \[가져오기(Import)] > 아래 화면과 동일하게 설정하여 레코드를 생성합니다.
  * 뎁스(단계)가 지정되어 있기 때문에 가져오기를 여러 번 진행해주셔야 합니다.
  * CSV 형식의 파일만 가져오기가 가능합니다.
