# Re-login Due to a Refresh Token Issue

If you need to log in again due to a Refresh Token issue, you can simply use SimplyChat Login again. However, if the same issue keeps occurring, please use the method below.

1. You must first disconnect the existing OAuth session.\
1.1. Log in with the account you want to use for OAuth.\
1.2. Go to Setting > User with your own account and find OAuth Apps.\
1.3. Find "Connector" and revoke it. In the test (UAT) environment, revoke Connector\_dev instead.

3. When the message "Allow Access?" appears, click Allow.

At this point, please check that it shows Connector for the production environment or Connector\_dev for the test (UAT) environment, and that it displays the ID of the currently logged-in user.

Once you have completed all the steps above, the connection has been successfully established.
