# Nothing happens when I click the "Click here to Connect" button

### Cause

The Azure URL may not be registered in Remote Site Settings or Custom Settings, or the URL may contain a typo.

### Solution

Verify that the correct Azure URL is configured in Remote Site Settings and Custom Settings.
