# The link isn't appearing on KakaoTalk

Here are the basic checks to perform:

1. Is the URL correctly entered in the Message field? (It should include 'https\://'.)
2. Is the KakaoType field set to 'Link'?
3. Is 'Active' checked?
4. Is the channel properly connected?
5. Is the Upper Step correctly linked?
6. Is the Type set to 'Chatbot Response'?
7. Is the Button type 'Select'?
8. Is the Priority set?

If you have verified all these points and the button still isn't appearing, please contact your administrator for further assistance.
