Greeting configuration
Configure the greeting message displayed when the chatbot starts.
Set up a greeting without separating messages
Set it up as shown in the image above.
Create a greeting by setting KakaoType to Button.
Set up the child records.
On the created Chatbot Initial 1 record page, click the Related tab, then click [New] under AutoResponse.
Enter the button values displayed on the screen. Repeat this step as needed.
Set up a greeting with separated messages
Set KakaoType to Text so that "Hello. This is Windmillsoft :)" is displayed as text.
Since there are two greeting messages in this case, you must specify the priority order.
Next, set up the greeting associated with the button.
Since it comes after the first greeting, set Priority to 2.
Create a child record.
On the Chatbot Initial 1-1 record page, click the Related tab, then select [New] under Auto Response.
Set the auto-response values for the button. Repeat this step as needed.
Important notes
Before testing, make sure that the Start New Consultation / Continue Consultation settings are complete.
