# Displaying the waiting queue

### Enable the waiting queue display feature

1. Before setting up auto-response, click on the gear icon in the top right corner and then click on 'Setup'.
2. Enter 'Custom Settings' in the Quick Find box and select it.

3. Click on the 'Manage' button next to SC\_Setup.

4. Set 'Enabled waiting list display' to True and click Save.

### Set up the wating queue message

The configuration is the same as the "Connect to a consultant" message.

Use {{n}} in the message where the number of waiting customers should be displayed.

If there are multiple "Connect to a consultant" messages, use Priority to specify their display order.

If there are no waiting customers when a customer clicks "Connect to a consultant," **the auto-response displaying the waiting queue will not be shown.** Therefore, make sure to add a **default "Connect to a consultant" message.**
