# Connect to an agent when a button is clicked

Configure a button that connects the customer to an agent when clicked.

1. Create the "Connect to Agent" button.

2. In the created "Connect to Agent" button record, click Related > New.

3. Create the message that will be displayed to the customer when they click the "Connect to Agent" button.
