# Import public holidays

Manages two years of holiday information: the current year and the following year.

The management tasks include:

1. Adding public holidays and substitute holidays to the organization.
2. Deletes holidays that have already passed (data older than two years).

Holiday information is retrieved every day at 12:00 AM, and only holidays that do not already exist in the org are added.

Holiday processing is based on the time zone of the user registered on the SimplyChat server. For Korean holidays, please make sure to set the user's personal time zone to KST.

### Register a schedule

1. Click on the 'Run Schedule' tab in the SimplyChat app.

2. Click the 'Import holidays' button to register the schedule.

If the schedule registration is successful, the following message will be displayed.

If the schedule has already been registered, the following error message is displayed.

3. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and then click on 'Setup'.
4. Enter 'Remote Site Settings' in the Quick Find box and select it.

5. Click on the 'New Remote Site' button, enter the following information, and then save.\
   **Remote Site Name : DataPortal**

   **Remote Site URL : <https://apis.data.go.kr>**
