Auto End time settings

Set the time threshold for Auto End.

• Setup > Custom Setting > Click Manage ​

• Click Edit

• Enter a value in Chat_After_Time > Click Save

• Chat_After_Time is measured in hours. If you enter 1, Chat Sessions that have been in progress for more than one hour will be automatically ended.
