Added the Auto End feature.
Added a flow that automatically creates a case when a Chat Session is created. [Activation is required, and the flow can be modified as needed]

You can now view previous conversation history directly from the current chat session.
Changed the tab name for closed chats.
Changed from "Previous Conversation History" to "End Conversation".
