SimplyChat Login

Connect your Salesforce org to the Windmillsoft SimplyChat server.

Before proceeding with Simply Chat Login, please provide your Salesforce org URL to Windmillsoft so that your org can be registered on the Windmillsoft server.

You cannot use SimplyChat until your org is registered on the Windmillsoft server.

• [App Launcher]> Enter 'Simply Chat' > [Simply Chat].

• Click [Simply Chat Login] > [Click here to Connect] > [Allow] to connect your Salesforce org to the Windmillsoft SimplyChat server.

• Notify Windmillsoft that you have completed the [Allow] step.

• After receiving an email from Windmillsoft confirming that your org has been registered, verify the following:

  • Refresh the page or click [Simply Chat Login] again to confirm that the connection has been established.
