Picklist value sets

Configure the generated messenger channels so that they can be used globally within your Salesforce org.

  • > [Setup] > Quick Find > [Picklist Value Sets] > [Channel].

  • Click [New], enter the channel name, and then click [Save].

  • Click [Edit] for the newly added value, enter the channel key in the API Name field, and then click [Save].
