Permission sets

Grant users access permissions to use SimplyChat.

• > [Setup] > Quick Find > [Permission Sets] > [Simply Chat].

• [Manage Assignments] > [Add Assignment].

• Select the user to grant access to SimplyChat > [Next] > Select an expiration option > [Assign].

  • The expiration option allows you to set an expiration date for the assigned permissions.
