# Create messenger and channel record

## Messengers

> Link customer information from each messenger to an Account, Contact, or Lead record.

* \[App Launcher]![](/files/TCtNd1cR1aijpn4Wev3V) > Enter 'Messengers' > \[Messengers] > \[New]

* Enter the fields used to link customer information from each messenger to an Account, Contact, or Lead, and then click \[Save].
  * Refer to the following fields when configuring the mapping.
    * KakaoTalk : Phone

## Channels

> Create a record to manage messenger channels.

* \[App Launcher]![](/files/TCtNd1cR1aijpn4Wev3V) > Enter 'Channels' > \[Channels] > \[New].

* Enter information such as the channel key provided when the messenger channel is created and the Messenger record to be associated with that channel key, and then click \[Save].
