Create a Service Console App

SimplyChat can be used through the Service Console.

  • > [Setup] > Quick Find > [App Manager]

    • Click [New Lightning App] to create a Service Console app.

    • Edit an existing Service Console.

    • Configure all settings except User Profiles as shown below.
