# Business hours

## Business Hours

* Enter the Business Hours Name in the form '**Channel Key\_Business**'.
* Active > Setting Time Zone > Enter business hours by day of the week > Save
  * If you save your business hours in a blank space, the day of the week is not considered a business day.
  * If you set your business hours 24 hours, they will be considered business hours throughout the day.

## Lunch Time

* Enter and save the Business Hours Name in the form of '**Channel Key\_Lunch**' in the same way as business hours.

## Considerations when setting office hours

* During business hours, users and customers can connect and chat.
* Users and customers are not connected outside of business hours, and pre-set guidance is sent to the customer.
